Frequently Asked Questions
What happens during your free in-home flooring estimate?
A senior flooring designer arrives at your home with full-size flooring samples and laser tape measures. We walk each room with you, take precise room-by-room measurements, evaluate your existing flooring and subfloor conditions, and help you compare products in your own lighting. After the visit we prepare a personalized written proposal with itemized pricing for materials, installation, removal, and any trim or transition work — so you know exactly what your project costs before any work begins.
Which Atlanta neighborhoods do you serve for in-home estimates?
We provide free in-home estimates across north Atlanta and the surrounding suburbs. In Fulton County we serve Buckhead, Alpharetta, Roswell, Sandy Springs, Johns Creek, and Milton. In Cobb County we serve Marietta and East Cobb. If you live in or near these neighborhoods, request your visit and we will confirm service availability for your address.
How long does an in-home flooring consultation take?
Plan on 60 to 90 minutes for a typical in-home consultation. The exact length depends on how many rooms you are considering, how many flooring products you would like to compare, and whether there are stairs, transitions, or existing-flooring conditions to evaluate. We never rush the visit — the goal is a complete, accurate proposal you can decide on with confidence.
