By Design Floors respects your privacy. This policy explains what information our website collects, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

When you complete the flooring calculator without providing contact information, we save an anonymous planning-estimate record containing the selections and estimated price range you requested. We assign a reference code and store that reference in your browser for up to 90 days.

We do not collect your IP address as part of saving an anonymous calculator result. If you later submit an in-home consultation request, the website may connect your prior calculator estimate to the contact and booking information you voluntarily provide. You can also enter the estimate reference manually when booking from another device.

Calculator results are preliminary planning estimates, not final quotes.

When you submit a consultation or contact request, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, service address, project details, preferred appointment, photos you choose to upload, consent choices, referral information, browser and device details, IP address, and approximate location derived from that IP address.

We do not sell your personal information. Anonymous calculator references are designed to remain available for up to 90 days. Other records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, our business operations, and applicable legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet system can guarantee absolute security.

You may decline to use the calculator, clear the saved calculator reference from your browser, or choose not to submit a consultation request. You may contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information associated with you, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
